Volodymyr Dmytrovich Bondarenko was born on December 4, 1952 in the village Ohinki, Pryluky rayon, Chernihiv oblast[1].

Career

Volodymyr Bondarenko also entered the faction of Reforms and Order party (leader - Viktor Pynzenyk). He as well actively participated in the Orange Revolution.[4]
